Vendor Information

 

Spaces are 12x12
Booth space charge of $75.00 covers festival day (March 13th, 2010). 


To be considered for entry, send a description and photo of your set-up, a menu with prices, photos of the items you are going to sell are required,  a resume of past shows, along with your name, address, and phone number.

 

Absolutely no baked goods or commercial items are to be sold at this event.


Setup time is the day of the festival.
This is an outside show and it will take place rain or shine no refunds will be given for cancellation of festival due to bad weather.

 


No parking at or in crafter space during festival hours including motor homes used as a setup.

No parking on grounds, 2 free parking pass and free admission passes will be given for each paid space.


There is absolutely no driving in the festival area between 9am – 7pm.


All vendors must provide proof of $1 million in liability coverage.

 Food Vendor Information 

 

Spaces are 12x12.  

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity for your organization to be a food vendor at the 2nd Annual Sham Rock Festival.  

 

 

After we have received your application we will send you an approval letter confirming your presence at the festival.

 

In response to those of you who took the time to respond to the 2009 survey of Spotlight Events, we are keeping the cost at $125 for your space this year.

 

This year we are allowing each vendor to sell no more than 5 items, not including drinks. We have found that the vendors who do well are the ones who keep their menus limited.

 

It is also time for most of you to start thinking outside of the box. We have noticed that numerous vendors are selling similar products. This makes it difficult to place you and cuts into your profits.

 

 

Menu item suggestions will be determined on a first come first serve basis. We will be happy to work with you on creating a menu that will give you a unique and profitable opportunity while providing a variety of food choices at the event.
